We will follow the walleye migration all season long to provide you with the best fishing experience available on Lake Erie!!!!

Here is a list of boat launch locations and fish cleaning stations that will be used. You will be notified the night before your trip with information on where and what time to meet at the boat launch.

March, April & May

Port Clinton, Marblehead, Huron, Vermillion, OH

We will fish the western basin of Lake Erie. Depending on weather, water clarity and the best bite available, we will fish between Port Clinton, Marblehead, Huron and Vermillion. From March until mid April the western basin offers the best opportunities for the largest pre spawn walleyes that call Lake Erie home. From mid April until the end of May, these migratory post spawn walleyes put on the feed bag as they slowly migrate to the central basin of Lake Erie.

June

Vermillion and Lorain, OH

As the largest school of walleyes migrate East we will follow! Vermillion and Lorain, Ohio for the month of June offers typically stable and warm weather and large schools of hungry walleye. This is a great time to get the family out!

July, August & September

Ashtabula, OH

As the water of the central basin warms, the largest walleyes on Lake Erie migrate to the deep water of Ashtabula. These large schools migrate to feed on schools of smelt that reside in the deeper waters of the central basin. This bite offers a larger than average size class, similar to the earlier months of March, April and May.
